Your RSVP helps us finalize seating arrangements, catering, and other event details. We truly appreciate your timely response, as every confirmed guest is accounted for.
Please arrive no later than 3:00 PM so everyone is seated before the ceremony begins.
The ceremony will take place indoors in a non-air-conditioned church. Since the ceremony begins at 3:00 PM, we recommend bringing a handheld fan to stay comfortable. The reception will be held indoors in a fully air-conditioned venue, so you may wish to bring a light jacket or wrap.
Please refer to the number of seat(s) allocated to you in your RSVP invitation. As much as we'd love to celebrate with everyone, we can only accommodate a limited number of guests due to venue capacity and budget considerations. Thank you for understanding.
Yes, if your invitation includes your children, we'd be delighted to have them celebrate with us. We kindly ask parents and guardians to supervise their children throughout the event and ensure they avoid running or rough play during the ceremony so everyone can enjoy this special occasion safely. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
We kindly ask that invitations remain non-transferable. Each guest has been personally invited, and we have carefully planned seating and meals. Unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate substitute guests.
Yes, parking is available at the church. However, spaces are limited, so we recommend arriving early.
Yes, the reception venue offers secured, covered basement parking for up to 80 vehicles, with parking attendants available to assist guests.
Yes. Seating assignments will be available at the reception entrance to help everyone find their tables easily.
We'd love to celebrate with you! However, once a guest declines, their seat may already have been offered to someone else. If you're now certain you can attend, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
We'll certainly miss you, but we understand that plans can change. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can update our guest count and seating arrangements.
We kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Please keep phones and cameras tucked away until the ceremony has concluded so everyone can be fully present. Our professional photographers will capture all the special moments for us to share later. But don't worry—you're more than welcome to take photos after the ceremony, and we highly encourage you to capture and share those special moments with us!
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. If you wish to bless us with a gift, a small envelope to help us begin our new journey together would be sincerely appreciated.
